2024where it all began
Our story
More than just popcorn.
The Pop Masters began in 2024 with two best friends, Pat and Michael, and a shared love of great popcorn. What started in a home kitchen was transformed by a seasoning recipe that made their homemade popcorn taste even better than the cinema. They knew they had to share it.
The cart made its first appearance at a local pharmacy fundraiser supporting the Kids Cancer Council. The excitement surrounding the new popcorn cart that night was impossible to ignore, giving Pat and Michael the confidence to keep building on their idea. One event quickly led to another, turning a fun idea between two mates into a growing local business.
Today, The Pop Masters has a growing team serving fresh popcorn at weddings, birthdays, schools, fundraisers, corporate events, open homes, community celebrations and more. The business remains proudly Sydney-based, creating interactive experiences and flavours inspired by the diverse community Pat and Michael grew up in.
